1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the StoryDrop application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, including writing stories, posting daily news, and accessing premium academic content, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership and Copyright

Users retain full ownership of the original stories and content they publish on StoryDrop. By posting content, you grant StoryDrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

You must not post content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others. Plagiarism will result in immediate account termination.

4. Premium Services and Payments

StoryDrop offers optional premium features (such as Academic Notes, MCQs, and Exclusive Stories) for a subscription fee. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. User Conduct and Auto-Deletion

You agree not to post any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or racially, sexually, or religiously offensive. Certain features, such as "Daily News," "Job Updates," and "Help Centre tickets," are subject to an auto-deletion policy and will be permanently removed from our servers after 15 to 30 days to optimize storage.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
